Our daily lives involve all manner of negotiations at various levels. Sometimes the process of negotiation can be enjoyable but sometimes quite daunting. In the construction industry successful negotiation is a must but there is a balance to reach in ensuring that, whilst we get what we set out to achieve, we ensure that it does not jeopardise long-term business relationships.
